Welcome to BlackLoop. By creating an account, activating a bag, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and be a resident of a participating compound to use BlackLoop. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and bag activation.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must not share your invitation code or assigned bags with others. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
BlackLoop provides eco-bags identified by QR codes. Each bag is single-use and must be dropped at a designated smart bin within your compound. Points are awarded per verified drop and are subject to audit by compound administrators.
Points have no monetary value and are non-transferable. Pending points become cleared after administrative verification. Cleared points may be redeemed for vendor rewards, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash transfers. Redemptions are final and cannot be reversed. Points may expire if your account is inactive for 12 months.
Points are awarded per verified drop based on the type of recyclable container: 1 Bag = 8 Points, 1 Big Gallon (18.9L) = 4 Points, and 1 Small Gallon (5–8L) = 2 Points. The conversion rate for cash redemptions is 10 Points = 20 EGP. All points are subject to administrative verification before they are cleared.
You agree not to: submit non-recyclable or contaminated material, tamper with smart bins, forge or duplicate QR codes, use another resident's bag, or attempt to manipulate the points system. Violations may result in point forfeiture, account suspension, or permanent ban.
Rewards are fulfilled by third-party vendors. BlackLoop is not liable for a vendor's service quality, availability, or closure. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued. Cash redemptions (InstaPay / Vodafone Cash) are processed within 3–5 business days to the phone number registered on your profile.
All content, branding, logos, and software in the app are owned by BlackLoop. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that points will always be available for redemption.
BlackLoop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of points due to system maintenance or account suspension for violations.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
